Ordering

Orders must be placed via La Plume Verte’s website. Unfortunately we are not equipped to handle sales orders by telephone at this time

Taxes

Sales taxes are not added to your order. As a Small Business we are not registered to collect GST/HST/PST.  This means the price you see plus shipping is the price you pay.

Shipping

La Plume Verte can only ship within Canada at the present time.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel post and every attempt is made to dispatch your order quickly. Orders should be received within 10 days. In the unlikely event that there is to be a delay, we will contact you.

Shipping costs are calculated to be as close to our actual costs as possible. The shipping cost of some small items that cannot be sent letter post is unfortunately high. These items however incur no additional shipping costs when they are purchased with larger items such as feeders.

Fundraising Items

From time to time La Plume Verte will offer a number of fundraising items that will not be  delivered in the usual manner. These include sponsorships and event tickets.  Certificates for sponsorships and event tickets will be mailed by letter post or can be delivered by email if requested. Use the “Order Notes” box during the checkout process to indicate your preference.

Terms

Payment is made when the order is placed. Refunds will be processed through PayPal.

Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Refunds and replacements will be processed as follows:

Dissatisfied with choice of items: Notify us by email within 5 days of receiving your order and we will promptly provide a refund for the item cost once they are returned. Please note that items must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You are responsible for any return shipping plus insurance and packing the piece securely and carefully to ensure its safe arrival.

Wrong, missing or broken items: Notify us by email within 5 days of receiving your order and we will either replace the item or provide a refund (your choice). We will refund the item cost and the shipping cost.

Broken item covered by warranty: Several of our products are covered by manufacturers warranties. This includes Squirrel Buster feeders, Aspects feeders and Pinebush Home & Garden Wingfield feeders. The manufacturers should be contacted directly for repair or replacement.  Do not however hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulty contacting the manufacturer or if you are not satisfied with their service.
